A YOGA TEACHERS WORKSHOP (open to aspiring yoga teachers as well)
Often we place our hands on students to create changes or offer direction within the asana. Using marma points to create adjustments encourages the student to: make the effort of change, informs direction of energy, creates muscle memory, and invites a more proprioceptive/interoceptive perspective of body/breath/energy within asana.
A brief description of marma points and their superficial use in yoga-asana as a method for adjustments.
