Join Indaco on Tuesday, June 7, for its inaugural "Fish Festival of Saint Fortunato." Beginning at 6:30 p.m., guests are invited to celebrate Italy’s patron saint of fisherman, Saint Fortunato, with a family style, three-course sea inspired menu from Chef Kevin Getzewich. Bar Manager, Jared Chafin, will provide beer pairings to accompany the evening. Tickets are $60 per person, including gratuity.
The menu will be as follows:
First course: Swordfish Bresaola, Rhubarb, Cocoa Nib, Lardo, Chilis
Second Course: Smoked Trout Tortellini, Baby Fennel, Capers, Potato Broth, Fried Fingerlings
Third Course: Whole Fried Branzino, Traditional Accompaniments
